There were a LOT of spelling mistakes that should not have made it to the final print, which hurt its credibility.If you are a beginner who is looking for something to help ease into running and motivate yourself a little, this book could be for you. For me, this lacked substance and didn't expose me to anything I didn't already know.Save your money! I have been one of Robin's fitness clients for almost a year now. Funny thing is that she has NO IDEA who I am, nor have we ever met, even though I am a public figure. How is this possible you say? I ride with her nearly everyday in my home studio via Peleton live streaming—The best thing since gluten-free sliced bread!Robin is an interesting character.
